New Book

Hey folks.

I'm going to be starting a novel with my students tomorrow (Thurs. 8/27). When I teach novels, I always try to tie in a visual project/presentation. Just curious if any of you were going to do something similar because I can modify my plans to fit with yours. Let me know.

    I could have my students design some images from the book to put into the presentation. How does that sound.

    Has this been turned in yet? Which novel did you start with?

    Depending on when you are reading the book. The 10th graders could create an image depicting one of the scenes in Photoshop (We finish the unit of Photshop Oct 9)or use Flash to animate a scene from the novel you are read in class.
