Tablet PCs, Recorded PPT Lectures, and Taking Notes

Chemistry students in periods 2 and 4 spent a few days viewing recorded lectures on their Tablet PCs, allowing them to start and stop the lectures at their own pace. The recorded lectures were created in Camtasia Studio and uploaded to http://chemvideos.com.

Additionally, students are completing problem sets using the Tablet PCs and uploading their work to the drop boxes created on the classroom website (http://www.thechembook.com).

Video is also available of the kids working on their Tablet PCs. I believe two different videos are available. Many more images taken with my iPhone have not been uploaded to the site but I hope to get to that little project soon.

    Loved watching this Layne I would like you to try doing this video's in MP3 format. You also could use Flash which you will be able to get with the software that is available to you for your laptop.

    I don't know when you find time for this stuff Layne, but it is very cool. I'd like to get together with you at some point and put together a moodle of my own.
